Nicole was educated in the field of Dental Hygiene (RDH) at Algonquin College, Ottawa, Canada where she received the Hu-Friedy Award for her academic and clinical skills. For over 20 years, Nicole worked and taught in the dental field.
Later, she attended the Canadian Micro-Pigmentation Centre where she received certification as a Micro-Pigmentologist.
Since October 2003, she has been working as a Permanent Makeup Artist from her quiet home studio located in Ottawa’s East end (formerly Cumberland) where she offers her clients a unique and personal service. In her constant pursuit to improve her skills, Nicole has subsequently taken additional courses in Advanced Color Theory and in Areola-Nipple Complex Repigmentation, and fine art painting.
After her studies in Painting and Drawing at Concordia University, Alisha pursued a fine art career in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario for over 20 years.
Returning back East in 2015, she began an apprenticeship with Nicole Gollinger in January 2016, and completed her certification from the Canadian Micro-Pigmentation Centre in May 2016.
Her understanding of colour and detailed fine art practice translates wonderfully into cosmetic micropigmentation artistry.
Alisha is now working with Nicole in her beautiful home studio in Ottawa.
